What's a great chicken salad recipe I can make today?!

Chicken Salad
3 - 4 cup cooked chicken, diced
1 cup celery, chopped fine
1 cup apple, peeled, cored and chopped fine
1 teaspoon salt
? teaspoon pepper
? teaspoon ground cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon dried parsley
? teaspoon dill weed
? cup mayonnaise
? cup sour cream
