Answers:
Poultry seasoning is a specific spice blend!. If you don't have it, 1/4 teaspoon ground thyme plus 3/4 teaspoon ground sage can be substituted for 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can buy it already made in jars from the store!.!.!.or you can make it:

POULTRY SEASONING
2 tbsp!. sage
6 tbsp!. salt
3 tbsp!. black pepper
2 tbsp!. MSG
2 tbsp!. garlic powder
2 tbsp!. ground bay leaves
1 tbsp!. paprika
2 tbsp!. dry mustard

Combine all ingredients and store in an airtight containerWww@FoodAQ@Com

It's actually called Poultry seasoning!. But, you can make your own!. It's basically a blend of sage, thyme, pepper, and marjoram!. A lot of people don't know about marjoram, I use it fresh all the time, and it makes chicken taste incredible!. Good luck! Www@FoodAQ@Com

there is a product, made by McCormicks and others, that is specifically called Poultry Seasoning, available in the spice aisle!. I'm sure it has sage, thyme, and other spices in it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It is a mixture of spices already blended!.

Look in the spice aisle of the grocery store, and yes look for "Poultry Seasoning!."Www@FoodAQ@Com

This is packaged by the spice companies as such!.
It's a mixture of Sage, Thyme, Rosemary, etc!.
You can buy it ready mixed or combine your own choice!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If you buy it instead of making it- buy a small jar- you will never use it all up in 6 months- I have found myself throwing bigger jars away!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Try to find Bell's Seasoning!. I find it to be the best!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
