Let stand one minute, then place on burner over low heat, stirring constantly for about 10 minutes, or until gelatin dissolves and mixture thickens!. Remove from heat!.
2!. Stir in pumpkin, mixing thoroughly, and pour mixture into graham cracker crust!. Chill for at least 3 hours before serving!.

Secret is you don't bake it so that's good!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Thanks for the Alton Brown recipe! (I'm a fan)!. I actually came up with my own recipe, I rinse the bird, and dry it off, then I make a paste with softened butter, and poultry seasoning and a little garlic powder!. I lift the skin and shove the butter paste between the skin and the meat!. Then on the outside skin, I melt the rest of the paste and brush it all over the skin!. I make traditional stuffing, except I use half cornbread mix and half regular bread stuffing!. Then I toss in crushed corn flakes, and crushed rice chex cereals!. Then I add finely ground nuts, tossed together with egg, celery and onions that I 'sweated' in butter on the stove, and a half can of cream of chicken soup!. Mix together and stuff the bird!. I know is sounds like a mess, but it's absolutely delicious!. I came up with this when we didn't have much in the pantry for thanksgiving and I was broke!. Some of the best recipes seem to come from necessity to ad-lib, so to speak!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

We always smoke our turkey!.

I make a simple coating for it before it goes on the smoker with brown sugar mixed well with a can of cranberry sauce (the jellied cranberry sauce)!. I rub it all over the bird and place it on the smoker and wait for the perfect bird to com off in time for dinner!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

I use oven bag!. Rub the whole turkey with butter and pepper it add spices and pop it in the oven no basting no brining!. its easyWww@FoodAQ@Com
