This is very easy, very quick, and economical, too!.In place of a real corned beef brisket, you can substitute canned corned beef!.Boil a large cabbage, cut in pieces in a couple of cups of water!.Put a few tablespoons of cooking oil in with salt and pepper to taste!.Cook long enough for cabbage to be tender, don't overcook it,it'll be soggy!.
When cabbage is done, drain well!.Add two cans of corned beef, using a fork to break it up as you take it from the can!.Simmer the mixture being careful to leave chunks of corned beef intact until hot!.
I usually serve this with frozen, fresh, or canned corn and bread with butter!.
If the guys are really big eaters you might need to add a third can of corned beef and another smaller cabbage!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You'll need to triple this, I think!.
Cook some boneless skinless chicken breasts in a skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat!. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth!. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce!. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes!. Meanwhile, cook some spaghetti following directions on the box!. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta!. Add some bagged salad and Italian bread and there’s a meal!.
Feeling more energetic!? Dip the chicken into beaten egg and roll in bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese before frying it and call it Chicken Parmigiana!.
