We do ours at 8 mins!. It does depend on the size, Med should be 8 mins!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

This all depends on the size and structure!.

Are you boiling whole potatoes!? Small reds or big Idahos!?

I would avoid the pressure cooker myself, since you can't test the potatoes!. And thats the only way to really know when they're done!. Time works only as a general guideline, but the only real way to know is stick a fork or skewer in them!.

Besides, sliced potatoes cook quickly anyway, usually about 6-8 minutes!. And whole new potatoes cook in about 12-15 minutes!. Thats not a whole lotta time to begin with!.
So again, I would avoid the pressure cooker!. Its just not practical!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

About 10 minutes but it is recommended to read the instructions that come with the cooker as there are numerous models and recommendations!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What's also true is that the potato starch, and bits of cooking/cooked potato can clog the pressure valve, so I'd exercise a huge amount of caution with this!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know!.
I just put plastic wrap over my potatoes and stick them in the microwave for 10 minutes!. It's always worked for me ! Www@FoodAQ@Com
