My bread stuck in the pan?!
We're having an early Thanksgiving dinner with my youth group tomorrow, so I made a couple loaves of pumpkin bread!. About half the bottom stuck in the pan when the loaves came out!. Should I just slice up the non-broken part, which is about one loaf and leave the rest at home!? Does anyone have any ideas for how to use pumpkin bread that doesn't involve nice-looking slices!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
Answers:
I would cut the loaf that came out nicely!. The rest could be cubed and made into a bread pudding!. Or you could do as I would and turn it inot an amusing story, people love to laugh with someone who can laugh at themselves, slice all of it and serve it with love!.

Why don't you make some vanilla pudding and put odd shaped pieces of the pumpkin bread into a glass bowl and top with the pudding and then a few more chunks of bread and more pudding, etc!. Then call it a Pumpkin Trifle!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
It might be possible to slowly peel it out with a spatula!. Unless the recipe you're using says not to, you should use a nonstick spray on the pan (coating it with a film of butter or margarine works too)!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
put tooth picks in it and splash some frosting creme cheese frosting swirl it over then it looks like you meant to put this into bits with tooth picks !. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Try using wax paper next time!. It doesn't stick to the bread or the panWww@FoodAQ@Com
go to The pioneer woman cooks!. she made a sort of casserole with with onion rolls!. It could work!?Www@FoodAQ@Com
