Hello, does anybody have a recipe for tangerine jam? ?!

take about 10 tangerines and peel them completely removing as much of the white membrane as you can!. save a bout 1 tangerines peel!. roughly chop all of the tangerines and place them in a medium sauce pan!. preferably non stick!. add about 1 cup sugar and about 1 teaspoon salt and stir constantly while simmering at low heat!. as soon as it begins to thicken, finely chop the peel of the tangerine and add to the sauce pan!. stir until all peel is evenly distributed and let reduce to desired consistency!. once cooled place in a jar and refrigerate!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
