I recently made this and it was a hit!. Serve with home made or store bought crostini's!.
2 red bell peppers, charred - cool and remove stem and seeds
1 orange bell pepper prepare like red bell peppers
1 cup feta cheese
1 cup goat cheese
3 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 minced garlic cloves
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and puree!. Refrigerate for 3 hours!. Can be made the day before!.
Serve fruit skewers - bamboo skewers soaked in water for 3 minutes, use pineapple, honeydew melon and strawberries!.
One is savory, one is sweet!.
Other options would include a veggie tray with ranch dip!.
Hummus and pita chips!.
