How do you cook your turkey on Thanksgiving?!

Question: How do you cook your turkey on Thanksgiving!?
Whats good and whats not!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I have always used the reynolds turkey size cooking bags!. My turkeys come out perfectly browned and moist every time!. No need to babysit (baste) the bird!. And a very large bird (20lbs) is done in about 2!.5 hours!. You cant beat it with a stick!
I have had die hard guests that firmly believed in only roasting with the foil and basting method!. But once they have tried my turkey, they are now cooking bag converts!.

I usually smoke my turkey one year in a smoker!. If I roast a turkey in the oven I usually stuff it with an orange and rub olive oil or butter on the skin and season it with salt, pepper and paprika!. I have a large roasting pan or you can use a tin pan and tent it with foil so that it stays moist inside!. Good Luck and Happy Thanksgiving!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I put salt, pepper, garlic powder, onion powder under the skin!. I use a basting brush and brush butter over my turkey, I stuff it with garlic cloves, celery, carrots!. I bake at 325 covered until the last hour of cooking, I remove the foil to brown the top!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

well like you would a big chicken!. After stuffing it I put it in the oven at 325 with a tent of foil over it!. I remove the foil when about an hour to go so it browns!. Of course I get a huge turkey because we love leftovers!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

We fry ours, doesn't take as long to cook and is nice and juicy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
