What are the HEALTHIEST ways to cook fresh/frozen vegetables, and meats (pork chops, steaks, chicken etc!.) so that they keep all/most of the nutrients, and stay tasty!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Steamed vegetable are the healthiest, just pop in a bowl, cover with plastic wrap and microwave!. They retain all the nutrients and keep their color!.
Meat is healthiest when it's baked, broiled or grilled!. Just go easy on your sodium intake so check your seasoning!. Oh yeah, majority of the fat is in the chicken skin so peel it and toss it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

The healthiest way to cook veggies is steaming for a few minutes or blanching!.( Eat the skins ) Meats are best grilled or broiled I would think!. They retain their nutrients anyway, I believe!.
