'Beef Encore' in Peg Bracken's I Hate to Cook Book!. Slice very thin, heat in skillet with onion soup, thicken to make a pan gravy, serve over mashed potatoes!.

Or whatever!.

While microwaving it -would- be fastest, microwaving leftover steak always tends to give it an odd flavour!.

You could heat it up in a pan, whole, but you risk over-cooking it trying to get it hot enough!.

Your best bet to heat it quickly is to cut it in strips and sauté it in a hot pan then either make a burrito or taco with it!. Or you can even make a sandwich!. Or even some quick pasta and toss the meat with it!.

I like to cook some onion and garlic in a little oil, then mix in crushed red peppers, some dried parsley, and pour in a little milk!. Then I add in dry pasta and I keep adding milk as needed, ending up with perfectly cooked pasta already in sauce!. Then I season with salt and pepper, maybe some parmesan cheese!. :]Www@FoodAQ@Com

i think that microwaving food is not very healthy and doesnt make it taste as good as it did before wat you can try is taking a frying pan and praying it with a little pam or just a little oil and frying it add a pinch of more seasonings to get a good as new taste to it Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can cut it in half (like filet it) and cook it on a warm frying pan!. You just don't want to heat it up too fast or overcook it, or it will get tough!.

Personally, I would dice it up and make a carne asada burrito!. But, that's just me!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Put in a pan with some steak sauce and cover it with a lid start on med and watch it comes out perfect this is also great for pizza slices crisp like you just got it Microwaves make it tuff and rubbery!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can cut it up in strips, saute it in butter and maybe some garlic or lime juice, and make steak tacos :D other than that id say microwaveWww@FoodAQ@Com

Microwave!. It's fast, just make sure to cover it!. You could also try it on the grill, but it might get tough!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I fillet mine and put it in the oven on broil for a couple of minutes!. Microwaves give beef a funny taste when reheated!.
