It's piss poor protein to play the salmonella lottery!. it's half a day's cholesterol for a pitiful 5 grams of protein!.
I've drank my share of eggs and nothing's come of it, but frankly, there's better protein!. Different types of protein have different blends of amino acids, some are more useful to humans than others!.
In decreasing order of quality: whey, other dairy, meat, eggs, soy, other veg!.
Instead of drinking eggs, get whey protein shakes!. You could be drinking 30 grams of protein in a go instead of 5!. I recommend EAS if you're cheap and Beverly if you're not!. Do Not get GNC whey protein it tastes like balls!.
It's a good idea to drink the protein after, as it's hell to run with a belly full of that crap!.
You can also eat tuna out the can if you stick to chunk light and are mindful of mercury dosage!. Lean chicken breast for the win!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Unfortunately, eating raw eggs presents a large risk of getting salmonella!. Salmonella is an ailment that causes extreme stomach pain and overwhelming nausea for a long time!. Eggs are a good source of protein, but uncooked, they can be very harmful!. The risk is even greater when it is consumed alone!. Fiber bars, pria bars, cooked eggs, and small amounts of wheat breads are great, non-risk sources of protein and fiber!. That will help you when working out!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
i don't really know if it actually affects anything with your body and working out!. but if you do it, make sure the eggs are pasteurized(it'll say on the container) because if not then you're basically swallowing bacteria and salmonella which will cause you to get incredibly sick!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
No!. Eggs are a source of protein so they may help you when you work out (look out for all the cholesterol though), but eating them raw doesn't do anything for you except open up the possibility of food poisoning!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
