Is it a must that i must use a wooden ladle with non stick pan?!

You can use wooden, plastic, silicone, anything but bare metal utensils!. I like silicone spatulas best because they don't melt or discolor easily and they are flexible enough to get into the edges of the pan while stirring thingsWww@FoodAQ@Com
Use a nice plastic one!.!.!. you can get some metal ones with the part that touches the pan coated in plastic (Heat resistant of course) just not metal!.!.!. If you do use metal just dont scrape the bottom and sides and you'll be fine!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
the plastic utensils are specifically for non stick cookware!.!.!. they also make softer utensils that are made of silicone as well, but if you use the hard plastic utensils , you will be fine!.!.!.
