the easiest way (i think) to make ribs is to just put a whole rack in a pan, season both sides with salt and pepper!.!.!. and pick your favorite bbq sauce (you will need an entire bottle of it) !.!. me and my man like honey chipotle bbq sauce but i can't think of the brand who makes it right now!. anyhoo set the oven to 250F!. cover your ribs with the bbq sauce!. lather them up!. put as much of it on top of the ribs as you possibly can, because a lot of it will melt off in the oven!. (save about 1/4 of the bbq sauce for later) cover the pan tightly with tin foil!. after 3 hours (sometimes I go a little longer, like 3 1/2 hours), take them out of the oven and turn the oven up to 400!. take off the tin foil (be very careful as a lot of steam will come out) and use the rest of the bbq sauce on the ribs!. leave the foil OFF and put back in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until you see a nice crust forming!.
the dry rubs sound good, but i love baby back ribs slathered with bbq sauce!. if you make them the way i described the meat will LITERALLY fall right off the bone!. it's hard to eat with your hands but it is absolutely delicious with a fork, and a nice side of mashed potatoes or steak fries!Www@FoodAQ@Com

We have a smoker and smoke them but if you don't have that you can cook them in the oven!.
I would rub them with some spices!. They make several mixes for ribs!. Wrap them loosely in foil and place in a pan in a 250 degree oven for about 2 to 3 hours!. You can serve the racks whole or slice between the ribs to serve them individually!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Salt & pepper both sides!. Smash up a bunch of garlic and rub all over ribs!. Place on cookie sheet and cook at 350 degrees for about 2 hours!. Turn over every half hour!. also, place rack in middle of oven!. Done this way, they will come out tender and chewy!. Yum!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
