Vegetable dip/spread that you put on toasted baggett bread?!
i am looking for a vegetable dip/spread recipe - that has a little chunk to it!. should i make it from scratch or just buy a package of vegetable dip mix in the grocery store!?

Dice one or two tomatoes, drain
Dice one red pepper,
Dice 1/4 red onion (or to taste!.!.!.)
Place in a bowl!. Add lemon juice to tase,
Chop some fresh cilantro!. Toss!.
Buy a can of marinated artichoke hearts!. Place in food processor with some sour cream and mayonnaise (about one cup total) add some asiago cheese, blend till smooth!. Garnish with herbs!.
Spinach dip (knorr recipe) cannot remember!.!.!.!.

finely grate a top of broccoli, baby carrots, and a touch of onion for kick!. Add these to cream cheese!. This will be very thick so add some milk to thin it down to desired consistency!. We like to roll out Phillsbury croissants and bake them as a solid sheet then when it cools we spread this on top and cut in to bite size squares and serve them as snacks at parties!. buy the French Onion soup in the packet from the supermarket, and instead of making it into soup, mix it with plain yogurt!. This is absoloutly delicious with carrots, celery, lebense bread!. Everything!
