Think of it like your kitchen stove, except 2 burners will be going full blast, 1 will be on Medium and 1 will be on Low!. If something is cooking too fast, remove it from the hot burner and move it to the Low one!. Just like cooking at home, look at it like this: the dish that takes the longest to cook!? Start that first!. Bring pot-holders from home because you'll need to protect your hands and if you own any cast iron cookware, bring it along just in case!. If you have a metal trivet, you can put it under a pot to reduce the termperature by about 100 degrees, yet keep it warm!.

Always keep a pot of water on the wood stove heater to help keep some humidity in the air!. Not only will this help to keep your skin moisturized, you can also use the water for tea, hot chocolate or dish washing!.

I think it would be fun!

Order pizza, grab your gun (or bow), and head for the woods with the men!. Tell them to quit expecting the woman in the group to spend the whole weekend feeding them!

(Sorry!. I don't usually leave these answers that have no hope whatsoever of getting 10 points, because they don't even answer your question!. I just couldn't resist! This is part of the reason I go to deer camp alone; I'm afraid a group of guys would think I was there to take care of them!.)

Okay, since I'm here, let me leave a serious suggestion: Hamburger Helper! Some very nice men at the next campsite actually fed me with wonderful beef stroganoff (or as close to beef stroganoff as Hamburger Helper gets) on my last hunting trip!. It's pretty forgiving, and the noodles really fill you up after a day afield!. There must be hundreds of flavors available now, so you could prepare several different meals with them and still give the fellas some variety!. I suggest you get two or even three boxes for each meal, because hunting makes you hungry! (The two men and I went through one box with no trouble, and could have used more!.) Don't scrimp on the meat!. The hamburger will keep fine in a cooler!.

Oh, if you decide to make the lasagna flavor for one meal, here's a good tip: bring a carton of cottage cheese, and add several tablespoons of it right after you remove the skillet from the stove!. Stir it in gently!. It makes it much more like real lasagna than the plain Hamburger Helper!.
