Question: Meals: breakfast, lunch and dinner!.!.!. need ideas!.!.!. !?
So I will begin cooking everyday in about two weeks, yet I do not have a wide range of ideas!. To keep from the cooking the same stuff every week what are some ideas!.!.!. I like all sorts of food!.!.!. Thank you!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

These are all basic, pretty easy to cook, and pretty cheap!. I am going to list the ingredients and some basic instructions!. If you need help or want the full recipie just email me!.

Meal in foil
- Boneless chicken or hamburger
- Potatoes and carrots
- Put meat and chopped up and pealed potatoes and carrots in foil and cook in the oven at 400 for about 45 min

Sloppy joes
- Can of sloppy Joe sauce
- Hamburger

Hamburger helper
- Box of hamburger helper
- Hamburger

Sandwiches
- Deli meat (Ham, turkey, roast beef!.!.!.)
- Buns/bread
- Cheese

Spaghetti
- Can of spaghetti sauce
- Spaghetti noodles
- Bag of frozen meat balls

Rice and soup
- Cook rice
- Pour heated can of chunky soup over rice

Breakfast foods
- Pancakes
- Waffles
- Scrambled eggs
- Omelet
- Egg Muffins
- French toast

Tacos
- Meat
- Taco kit
- Lettuce, tomato, cheese, sour cream

Burrito
- Tortillas
- Hamburger
- Burrito seasoning

Homemade Pizza
- Pizza crust mix
- Sauce
- Cheese
- Peperoni
- Other toppings
Do what the directions on the pizza crust package say!. Then put sauce, cheese, peperoni, and other toppings on your crust!. Bake for time the crust mix says

Taco salad/walking taco
- Lettuce
- Meat
- Taco Seasoning
- Tortilla chips / Frito's / or Doritos

EGGS BENEDICT

2 English muffins
4 thin slices ham
4 poached eggs
Beau Monde seasoning
Black pepper
Hollandaise sauce
Paprika

Split English muffins and toast!. Fry ham until lightly browned!. Arrange on muffin half!. Top with poached egg and sprinkle with Beau Monde and pepper!. Heat Hollandaise sauce and spoon 1 tablespoon of sauce over each egg!. Sprinkle with paprika!.

CHICKEN MEXICALI

1 chicken, boil 7 deboned
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 sm!. onion, chopped
1 bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp!. chili powder
1 can Rotel tomatoes with chilies

Mix all the above ingredients in 9"x12" pan and pour over corn Doritos and top with grated cheese!. Bake for 35 minutes at 350 degrees!.

CONEY ISLAND WEINERS

1 lb!. ground beef
1 sm!. onion, chopped
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
2 tablespoons vinegar
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon water
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
1/4 teaspoon celery seed
1/4 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
Ketchup, as needed

In a salted skillet, brown ground beef with onion over medium heat, breaking up meat with a fork to crumble it fine!. Drain off fat!.
Add all other ingredients, except ketchup!. Mix well, then add enough ketchup to keep mixture loose!. Simmer, partially covered, 1 hour, adding ketchup as needed!.

Make stuff that you can easily reheat, or do slow cookers that you can prepare in the mornings and serve at night!.

I'll tell you what you can fix for one day:

Breakfast: Pancakes, bacon, sausage, eggs, and toast!.

Lunch: A lettuce, tomato, and ham sandwich and some salad

Dinner: Chicken, mashed potatoes, bread, and salad!.
