Yes get a bunch of oranges, but don't throw them in the blender you need to use a juicer!. If you have an electric one it would go much faster, but there are small non electric ones!. That's it, just fresh squeezed Oj!. If you like it pulp free pass it through a strainer!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Centrifugal Ejection Juicers
Made popular by the "Juiceman" Infomercial, the centrifugal ejection style juice is the next juicer we will be explaining!. This juicer operates much the same way as the centrifugal juicer above operates, except for the sides of the basket is slanted!. This allows for the basket to be "self-cleaning", so there is no need to stop the juicer and empty it out!. The pulp is ejected out of the machine, usually into a collection bin or basket, that can be lined with a plastic bag to collect the pulp, and then easily discarded!. Due to the short contact time of the pulp in the basket, these juicers need to spin faster than the centrifugal juicer, at about 6300 rpm!. This style juicer is the noisiest of all the juicers!. The The Omega 4000(15 year warranty), Lequip 110!.5 (6 year warranty), NutriSource 1000 (1 yr warranty)!. The latest development in the Centrifugal ejection category is the additon of a large feed chute which is 3" in diameter, which allows the user to juice without cutting the produce!. There are benefits and drawbacks to the large feed chute!. The units we offer with the large feed chute are: Juice Fountain (1 year warranty) and the Juice Fountain Plus 2 speeds (1 year warranty)!. To read more about the advantages and drawbacks of the wide feed units, click here!. The centrifugal ejection juicers are the easiest to use and easy to clean, and are fast!. They are good for juicing most fruits and vegetables!.

Let the oranges come up to room temp and roll a bit on the counter with the palm of your hand to release more juice from the pulp!. Cut in half around the middle - picture it as the equator with the ends being the north and south poles!. Squeeze through a strainer to catch the seeds or use a juicer - manual or electric!. Do not use a blender or it will have the pithe and the seeds that are bitter!. Pure OJ is the best! Temple oranges are naturally sweeter than the more common navel oranges!.

i think the best way to make orange juice is to vary the types of oranges you are using!. for instance, you could use a few regular navel oranges, but then add blood oranges as they tend to be a bit sweeter!. you could even add a few tangerines or possibly a few squirts of lemon to zing it up a bit!.
and, obviously, using a juicer will save you a lot of time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if you want orange juice, peel the oranges, removed the seeds, crush them or if you want the benefits of all the fiber, put the rest into a food processor 'til it's to the consistency you want!. It should be wonderful!.
Splenda!? Why would anyone put a sweetener in orange juice!? Pardon, but UCHT!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
