Answers:
you can line the pie pan with tin foil, leave a little over hang, when pie is cool just carefully lift it out!. It might be easier if you put it in the frige first and get it cold!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

It's usually the first piece that is hard to get out!. To facilitate this, cut the first 2 pieces, then the first one comes out easier!.

You could also cook your pie in a tart pan with a removable bottom!. That gives you a flat surface to cut on!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I NEVER transfer a pie onto a plate to serve!. If you want it to look extra nice, just cook it in a nice ceramic pie plate!. Use one of the pie serving tools to scoop it out of the pan/dish!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

If the pie is sturdy enough, put a plate on top of it and flip it over, then flip it onto your flat surface!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

you could always bake the pie in an aluminum pie pan and then cut the pan with scissors to get the pie out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
