Answers:
depends on your cholesterol level!. if you've never had it checked, do get it done- it's never too early too know! family history could be an indication but isn't always!. i used to eat 2 eggs day when i was younger and my cholesterol is great but my dad's is really poor!.

so get a blood test and get a series of tests done at the same time- it's a good idea to get a general health check every now and again!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

raw eggs are really good for strength and growth!. if you cook them, it depends how you cook them!. poached is the best, fried is not the best!. scrambled eggs can be good with some spring onion and ham but you might not have the time to do that every day!. lay off the cheese for scrambled eggs or omlettes!. aslong as you eat plenty of vegetables, fruit and grains as well and exercise, you should be fine!. :) hope i helpedWww@FoodAQ@Com

yea i think its ok, i ate 2 eggs scrambled with toast everyday for like, 4 years through high school (lol) and it was fine!. but like the other lady said, it all depends on your cholesterol!. yea, they are a great source of protein, but if you have high cholesterol, id suggest laying off the eggs!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Oh it's fine, if you don't mind having heart disease & cholesterol issues by the time you're thirty!.!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
