Answers:
For those on a diet that like extreme portion control, making only one cookie makes sure you don't eat too much :-)

For a single cookie, 1 part = 1 shot glass = 1!.75 oz!.

1 part Flour
1 part Sugar
1 part Butter
2 part Oats (Old Fashioned work best)

You may add raisins, nuts, fruit or a bit of chocolate, what you like to customize the flavor!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

If your just going make one small cookie instead of a batch of 6 or more, Id suggest you just buy some cookies in the grocery store, Or Oreo cookies, chips ahoy!.

Stir a quarter cup of quick oats into a quarter cup of Bisquick mix!. Add a pinch of cinnamon and a pinch of grated orange rind!. Stir in enough water to make a very thick dough, then spread said dough about a quarter inch thick on a greased (I use Pam) cookie sheet!. Bake at 350 degrees for nine minutes or until done!.
When cool, make a frosting out of a tablespoonful of confectioner's sugar and a few drops of water and spread that on your cookie!.

Your cookie will be about five inches in diameter!. Enjoy!Www@FoodAQ@Com
