Definitely the recipe on the back of the Hershey's cocoa can!. That is by far the best chocolate frosting!.
If you want to go a little fancier, make a ganache let it cool and then whip it until it is fluffy!. Ganache is just equal parts cream and chopped chocolate!. Place chocolate in a heat proof bowl, bring cream to almost a boil, pour over chocolate let it sit a few minutes, stir until smooth!. Cool then whip!. You can add a few tablespoons of flavoring, vanilla or a liquor!.
The Hershey's is a stand out both flavor and texture it is a great frosting!. Given the choice of the two I would go with the Hershey's!. Save the ganache for a tart, or a pie!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
