Cook the boneless skinless chicken breasts in a big skillet with a little oil about 4 minutes per side on medium heat!. Add one chopped onion, cook briefly and add 1 cup of chicken broth!. Cook about 3 minutes then add one jar of spaghetti sauce!. Turn heat to low, cover and let simmer until chicken is done, approximately 20 minutes!. Meanwhile, cook some spaghetti following directions on the box!. Drain the pasta and serve the chicken and sauce over the pasta!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 can (14-1/2 oz!.) diced tomatoes, undrained
1 pkg!. (6 oz!.) Stuffing Mix for Chicken
1/2 cup water 2 cloves garlic, minced (I'm leaving this out)
1-1/2 lb!. boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into pieces
1 tsp!. dried basil leaves
1 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
HEAT oven to 400°F!. Mix tomatoes, stuffing mix, water and garlic just until stuffing mix is moistened!.
LAYER chicken, basil, cheese and stuffing in 3-qt!. or 13x9-inch baking dish!.
BAKE 30 min!. or until chicken is cooked through!. Enjoy now or cover and refrigerate!. To reheat, microwave each serving on HIGH 2 to 3 min!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 cup (8 ounces) sour cream

You can never go wrong with chicken parm :-) I just coat mine in Progresso crumbs, fry it til it's browned, then stick it in the oven for 20 minutes!. Take it out, top with marinara sauce and mozzarella, and put it back in for 5 minutes to melt! Gotta cook the spaghetti to go with it too!. MMM that sounds good!.

Cut potatoes into thin wedges, coat them with Italian Dressing and some Parmesan, and stick them in the oven for about 30 minutes!. Cut the chicken into strips, coat with Shake & Bake Original Chicken mix, and stick in the oven for 20 minutes or so!. I make a honey/mustard sauce to dip it in too!. I like to make chicken and mac n cheese!. Its so easy, i usually make my mac n cheese homemade, but sometimes i just use Velveeta shells and cheese, dice some chicken breasts up, season them with Creole season(love it), cayenne pepper, black pepper, and paprika (if you have children, you might wanna tone it down on the spice, i just like everything hot), then fry them in a little olive oil!. Once the chicken is cooked I add it to the mac n cheese!. takes like 15 min and it tastes good!. i usually serve it with home garlic bread or oven roasted broccoli (which i just drizzle with olive oil, season with Creole seasoning, black and red pepper, salt, some crushed garlic and bake at 425 from 20 min)!. Place the chicken in a pan, pour salsa over it and bake at 350 for about 35-45 mins!. Put some cheese (optional) on the last few minutes and serve over your favorite noodle!. Its better if you slow cook it but this works fine too!.

Something I do that's really fast and easy and taste great is a tuscan chicken pasta!. all you need is
chicken breast
some pasta ziti, penne etc!. will work
some olive oil
one garlic clove, crushed
some dried rosemary about half a tsp should do
a cup of cannelloni beans
diced roasted red peppers
about four cups of baby spinach leaves
salt and pepper
and some parmesan!.
cook the pasta, then season both sides of the chicken breast with the salt and pepper and sear in a pan on each side for about to three to four mins, set aside!. add the oil, garlic, rosemary, beans, red pepper, and spinach to the skillet cook till the spinach wilts!. slice the chicken and drain the pasta then toss it into the skillet with the bean mixture and cook for a few more minutes and then bowl adding as much cheese as you wantWww@FoodAQ@Com

I'll take either boneless chicken breasts, or kielbasa, or other precooked sausage and brown it (cut the chicken into bite sized pieces!.
(You can dredge the chicken in flour first if you want it to stay tender and moist!.)
Add diced onions and garlic, cook until they are semi transparent
Then add any veggies you have or like (I usually add peppers, carrots celery zuccini corn)
Add in desired amount of converted rice, season to taste with your favorite herbs and spices - i like thyme, ground red pepper, seasoned salt and paprika
Add chicken broth instead of water as directed on the rice box!.
Cook "rice" as directed!.!.!.!.
Dinner's ready in about 40 minutes from start to finish!.!.!.depending on how fast you can chop!.
This is easy, and yummy and keeps well for tomorrow's lunch!.

How about chicken roll-up's!? Put the chicken between 2 pieces of plastic wrap and pound it flat (use a rolling pin or the side of a canned good)!. Then put what you like in the middle before rolling it up!.
A slice of ham, swiss cheese and a blanched asparagus spear is nice!. Season with salt & pepper!. Roll up and secure with a tooth pick or butchers string and bake until done!.

chicken pot pie!!! all you need is vegies, potaoes, cut up your chicken small after you cook it and add some sauce throw it into a crock pot untill soft then use an already made crust and bake!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
