Answers:
I make these great tasting kebabs all the time!. just take some
pork tenderloin cut into one inch cubes or just bite size
some pineapple or mango bite size
red pepper into bite size
onion into bite size
some jerk sauce
and some skewers

preheat a grill, put the pork, pepper, onion, and mango or pineapple in a bowl with the jerk sauce and some salt and pepper mix it all together!. after its all covered throw them on the skewers and grill for about four mins on each side!. I baste them while they are grilling with some of the left over sauce!. I eat them by themselves or sometimes I plate them over some white rice and pour the rest of the sauce over the rice to give it some flavor!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Poor Kat’s Soup




I always double the recipe and freeze the rest!. (It only makes 4 cups) You
can
substitute any "0" point veggies you like!.


2/3 c sliced carrot
1/2 c diced onion


2 garlic cloves, minced
3 c fat free broth (beef, veg or chicken)
1 1/2 c diced green cabbage
1/2 c green beans
1 tbsp tomato paste
1/2 tsp dried basil
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 c diced zucchini

1!. In large saucepan sprayed with non-stick cooking spray, sauté carrot,
onion and
garlic over low heat until softened, about 5 min
2!. Add broth, cabbage, beans, tomato paste, basil, oregano and salt; bring
to a boil!.
Lower heat and simmer, covered, about 15 mins or until beans are tender!.
3!.Stir in zucchini and heat 3-4 minutes!. Serve hot!.

Per serving: 42 calories, 0g fat, 2g fiber, 0 point

Meatballs

If you like, add beef bullion cubes to the milk and skip the liquid beef broth!.

Delicious with cooked pasta or as a meatball sandwich!.

? cup unseasoned dry bread crumbs
? cup Romano or Parmesan cheese, finely grated
? cup whole milk
? cup low-sodium beef broth
? cup chopped fresh parsley
1 egg, beaten
1 teaspoon dried oregano
2 teaspoons garlic, minced
2 teaspoons kosher salt
2 teaspoons ground black pepper
1 teaspoon dried basil
? teaspoon dried pepper flakes
Pinch nutmeg
1 LB ground turkey or ground meat of your choice

Yield: about 16
