My boyfriend is leaving for a month tomorrow and I wanted to surprise him with a great dinner tonight before he leaves!.!. any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

Broccoli Rabe w/ Black Olives and Sundried Tomatoes
1 cup diced oil-packed sun-dried tomatoes, with 1 tablespoon the oil -- 1 bunch broccoli rabe, chopped -- 1/2 cup sliced pitted black olives -- 1/4 cup water -- Salt -- black pepper -- (optional: 1/3 cup crumbled feta cheese) In skillet, heat all ingredients except cheese, cover and cook 10 minutes!. italian pasta dishes are always a good bet - easy to make & delicious! my 2 favorites are eggplant parmesan and fettuccini alfredo with chicken & broccoli!.!.!.there's always chicken parm, spaghetti carbonara, spaghetti bolognese, lasagna, baked ziti, chicken cacciatore, stuffed shells, etc etc!. serve with garlic bread & salad & voila! for dessert, you could try a no-bake cheesecake, they're very yummy and quick & easy to put together!. hope this helps!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Stuffed cornish hens, garlic mashed potatoes, steamed broccoli, some kind of chocolate desert, and a nice bottle of wine!. Don't forget the candles!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
Well My favorite is eggplant parm or chicken parm my boyfriend loves thoses dishes you try them there always easy and taste great and then make brownies or cookies , cake and have some wine :)
