Substitue beef broth for campbells condensed beef broth....?!


Question: Substitue beef broth for campbells condensed beef broth!.!.!.!.!?
I don't have Campbells condensed beef broth (10!.5 ounces)
I have beef boullion!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!. 1 tsp and 1 cup water = 1 cup broth
How condensed is the beef broth!?!?!? Do you think I can get away with 10 ounces of water and 2 1/2 tsp granules!?

Answers:
The condensed beef broth is 1 1/2 or 2 times stronger than regular broth!. Make your broth from the bouillon granules about double strength!. If the recipe calls for the canned broth undiluted, add some cornstarch or flour to the bouillon while it is still boiling to thicken it so you recipe won't come up soupy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
