Question: Can you use semisweet chocolate squares instead of choc!. chips when you will be melting it!?
I'm making a chocolate glaze for a cheesecake and am out of semi sweet choc!. chips, but I do have semi sweet banking squares!. Will it work the same!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

It will be even better because of the higher cocoa content in the chocolate squares!. Melt it with a little butter for added goodness!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

yes, but remember, it will act more like dark chocolate than milk chocolate, so you will get a richer chocolate taste, but depending on the brand, it might be slightly more bitter Www@FoodAQ@Com
