Answers:
Hubby uses eggs (beaten with pepper, oregano, thyme, garlic and a couple of dried crushed red peppers), crisp-fried bacon bits, and corn tortillas that have been chopped up and fried crisp in the bacon fat!. He finishes with cheese and also adds a bit of Cholula hot sauce as a condiment!.

We've never used nuts!. Maybe we'll try some next time!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Migas are typically served with refried beans, and corn or flour tortillas are used to enfold all of the ingredients into tacos!.

A meaty version is also served, using the same ingredients as before, but adding a spicy chorizo to the mix!. (The tortilla strips can also be deep-fried until crunchy!.)Www@FoodAQ@Com
