Answers:
You can make the burger, and stick a cube of cheese In the center & cover it with more meat & cook that way!. A nice surprize when you bite in!.

I like these:

Mushroom Swiss Burgers
1 can mushroom soup, condensed
1 can mushrooms
1 ts worcestershire sauce
4 slices swiss cheese (no holes)
4 slices swiss cheese (no holes)
4 1/4 lbs hamburger patties
1/2 ts accent seasoning
1/2 ts seasoned salt
1/4 ts ground pepper

Mix first 3 ingredients together, put on low heat & let simmer!.
Mix accent, seasoned salt & pepper & put into a shaker!.
Season patties with this & fry or grill until done - dono't press on the patties, you must resist!.

Put patty onto a bun then swiss then sauce & you're done!.

Add steak sauce, and mayo to your recipe!. Better yet, add heavy cream soaked bread crumbs and 2-3 eggs mixed in these recipes below

BEST EVER CHEESEBURGER

ground sirloin (or your choice of ground beef)minced onions
1/2 cup mayo
A1 Steak Sauce
Worcestershire sauce
water

Put the ground beef in a large mixing bowl!. Pour Mayo and A1 sauce over the beef, usually 1/4 to 1/2 of a 10 ounce bottle!.
Add the minced onion- just sprinkle a good bit over the meat!. Then use your hand to "knead" it all together!.

Once it's mixed well, make your hamburger patties to your desired size!. Put a dash of Worcestershire sauce and water in the skillet and saute until the meat is done!.

or

ALL-AMERICAN CHEESEBURGERS

Pan fry over medium heat 8 minutes on each side for medium, or until meat is done as you like it!. Brush tops lightly with catsup, cover each hamburger with a cheese slice!. (Heat from heat will melt cheese!.) Top each with a tomato and onion slice!. Put together sandwich style on buttered buns which have first been topped with one slice each of green pepper, onion, tomato and cheese!. Top each cheeseburger with crisp slice of baconWww@FoodAQ@Com

I am a bit of a grilling fool!. First make sure you make your hamburger patties generous in size!. Don't get stingy with the meat!. Then you want to make sure that you use a meat tenderizer, just a small shake or two on each side will do!. This will allow the meat to keep the juices in!. If you are using an oven then about 8-9 minutes a side!. If you are grilling make sure the meat is starting to move through the grate before flipping!. I am getting hungry just thinking about those mouth watering
pieces of delicious beef! Happy eating!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

The fattier the meat, the juicier the burger!. 80% ground chuck is pretty foolproof!. Sear over high heat, turning *once*!. Don't over cook!

If 80% beef isn't your thing you'll need to use a panade!. Or you can always add additional fat -- bacon fat is always good!. Good luck!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

What i actually do i mix turkey with beef but if you don't do that i mince some onions add in some parsley, some bread crumbs, a whole egg, 1/2 tsp cumin-salt-pepper-paprika!. mix together in oil like 1/4 up the side of the pan!. don't poke dont smusch!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

You can make the best burgers ever by grinding your own meat (sirloin) with a little pork fat, but don't overdo the cooking!. If you grind the meat yourself it is completely safe to serve a burgur rare!.

Avoid really lean beef!. That makes tasteless and dry burgers!. Don't flatten, and don't scorch them!. Serve them at medium doneness if you trust the source of your meat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cook on low flame, DO NOT flatten them with the spatula, or poke holes in the meat!. When you bite into them, the juice will drip out!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Worstershire sauce in the raw meat keeps them juicy!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Don't turn too often!. Only turn when they bleed on top!. Don't press with the spatula!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

if they are dry than you need to add butter or oil!.!. or maybe your overcooking them!.!. try adding seasoning and real onions would be betterWww@FoodAQ@Com

add a little bit of worcestershire sauce to the raw hamburg and cook them on medium - low!. Thats how I roll !.!.!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
