3 pounds potatoes, peeled & quartered
1 1/2 sticks butter (6 ounces)
2 small (3 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1 jar (2 oz) chopped pimiento, drained
1 small green pepper, finely chopped
6 green onions, finely chopped
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 cup milk
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation:
Cook potatoes in boiling water to cover 15 minutes or until tender; drain and mash!. Add butter and cream cheese; beat at medium speed with and electric mixer until smooth!. Stir in 1/2 cup Cheddar cheese and next 6 ingredients; spoon into lightly buttered 11x7x1 1/2 inch baking dish!. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes, or until thoughly heated!. Sprinkle with remaining cheese; bake 5 minutes or until cheese melts!.
You may prepare the night before (except for cheese topping) and refrigerate, covered, overnight!. Let stand at room temperature 30 minutes before baking!.

chedder rice Bake

1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
1/2 cup finely chopped onion
3 tablespoons butter or margarine
3 tablespoons flour
1 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 cups milk
8 ounces grated sharp Cheddar cheese
3 tablespoons soft bread crumbs tossed with 2 tablespoons melted butter
Preparation:
Cook rice according to package directions!. Cook onion in 3 tablespoons butter until onion is tender; blend in 3 tablespoons flour and salt, pepper, and dry mustard!. Gradually add milk, stirring constantly!. Continue to cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is thickened!. Add half of the cheese; stir until melted!. Put half of the cooked rice in a lightly buttered shallow baking dish!. Layer rice with half of remaining shredded cheese and half of the hot sauce mixture!. Repeat layers of rice, shredded cheese and sauce mixture!. Top with buttered bread crumbs!. Bake at 375° for 25 minutes!.

We always have starters to keep people busy for our last minute prep- we have deviled eggs, a veggie tray, a relish tray and cheese and crackers- then for the spread- we lay out a roasted turkey, a fried turkey breast, a spiral ham, pan stuffing, mashed and gravy, candied sweet potatoes, corn, coleslaw, broccoli rice casserole, green bean casserole, hot rolls, mac and cheese, fruit salad, and broccoli raisin salad!. For dessert this year we have pecan pie and pumpkin pie and I am trying to decide between pumpkin cheese cake or pumpkin creme brulee!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Cranberry italian sweet sausage stuffing
crandberry chutney
lettuce salad with semi dried tomatos, candied pecans and crasins
Buttermilk bisuits and popovers" I have 3 neices that are yeast allergic"
Sweet potatos with marshmallow topping
Green bean casserole
Pumpkin pie, apple pie, mini fruit tarts for the kids

Stuffing made from beef mince, bread, egg and a little milk with lots of spice!.
Banana salad!.
Simply mix sliced bananas with yogurt
Green beans!.
Baby potatoes in white wine sauce
Rice
Gem squash stuffed with cream style sweet corn!.
stuffed tomatoes!.
Simply stuff tomatoes with a mixture of egg and bacon bits and grill in oven
