I make it No Bake its easier and less Time-Consuming, I'm going to do it for My Family Thanksgiving do it for yours!.
Pumpkin Pie No Bake
1 Graham Cracker Crust
1 Package of Unflavor Geltain
1 TSP of Cinnamon
1/2 TSP of Ginger
1/2 TSP of Nutmeg
1/2 TSP of Salt
1 14 OZ Can of Condensed Mlik
1 15 OZ can of Pumpkin Puree
In a Heavy Saucepan combine Geltain , Cinnamon, Ginger, Nutmeg, and Salt, stir in Condensed Milk and Eggs, mixing well let stand for 1 Minute, then place on the Stove over low heat, stir Consistently for 10 Minutes or Until Geltain dissolves and Mixture thickens remove from Heat!.
Stir in Pumpkin Mix Throughly and pour Mixture in Graham Crust, Chill for 3 Hours or More make that Overnight!.

I get the Libby's brand pumpkin puree and follow the directions on the can!. I add 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon!. Take the pie out of the oven when the top just begins to crack!. It will look a little wobbly still but let it set and it will be very creamy and good!. I also add a little dash of cloves!. I use a store bought deep dish pie crust and serve warm or cold with whipped topping!. I love pumpkin pie!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Indiana -- Take it from an old retired baker,
use the recipe on the label of a can of Libby's
pumpkin!. I use it since retirement you will not find a better one!. I suggest you bake The pie on the middle shelf of the oven at 375*F It will take about 30 min!. but the time and temperature are also on the label!. good luck with your pie!. jim bWww@FoodAQ@Com
