If your guests are the type usually to have seconds or thirds no that wont be enough!. If your able to find a bone in turkey breast as well pick one up and make that as well so you have plenty for your guests and enough for a couple days of left overs!.

Might not be enough for leftover, unless you serve enough side dishes!. Are all the individuals adults or will there be any children!? What about a small spiral cut ham to go along, this would guarantee leftover turkey!. Hams are easy to heat and they also make great leftovers!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
I'm 71 and have been doing turkey for thanksgiving for as long as I can remember!. A 14 pound Turkey won't go far!. A turkey achieves it's full bone growth at about the 12 pound point!. After that the added weight is all meat!. Buying a large bird is a lot more efficient money wise!. I always look for something in the 22+ range and we don't have a lot left with three kids plus spouses and six grand kids ranging from 4 to 21!. I usually bake one and smoke one!. We also have ham and lots of sides!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
That's pushing it!. Most of a turkey is bones, etc which takes up some of the weight!. I got a 20 lb!. for 10 people and I'm not expecting many leftovers!. I would go buy a seperate turkey breast to roast also!. I'll probably end up doing that!. Its better to have to much than to have to little!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Depending how hungry the people are They say to figure 2 to 3 lbs per person!. just to eat with little leftovers!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
