Baked alaska is very easy and looks great if done right! it also tastes amazing!!!

a recipe for it is;

take about 6 gram crackers (honey ones are good) and crumple them!. take 1 1/2 tbs of butter melted and add it to the gram cracker mix!. Take this mix and put in the buttered pie pan so it looks like a crust (thats what it is)!. then put the pie pan in the freezer for 15 mins (till crust is hard!.)!. then take the pie pan out!. after you take slightly defrosted (soft) vanilla ice cream (any flavor will do) and put it in the pie crust so it fills it in to the top!. after put in the freezer while doing the next part!. Beat 8 egg whites with 1/8 tsp of cream of tartar, 1/8 tsp salt and 1 cup of sugar until stiff peaks form!. place this egg mixture ontop of the icecream!. then put in a 450 degree oven for 8-10 mins!. (untill top is golden brown!.) then serve immediately!.

you can make crust and ice cream a day or 2 in advance!

I hope this helped!!!!!!!!Www@FoodAQ@Com

Layer 1/2 the pudding mixture on top of the graham crackers, then another layer of graham crackers, then the rest of the pudding!.
& One more layer of graham crackers!.
Cover & put this in the fridge for a while, to set!.

Then, make a chocolate ganache!. Its really easy!

Heat up 1!.5 cups HEAVY CREAM in a sauce pan to hot, not boiling but hot!.
Put a large bag of milk chocolate chips into a blender!.
Pour the hot cream over the chocolate chips and let sit 1 full minute!.
Then, blend on Low for 1 minute!.

Let this mixture cool to room temp and then spatula it all over the top of top layer of graham crackers!.
