you can really make any recipe low salt by just cutting down on the salt you use!. i find salads are the easiest!. some greens, some colored veggies, some fruit and a no-salt salad dressing!. i do homemade dressings, an egg, a cup of oil, some lemon juice, some pepper!.!.!. perfect! sometimes some poached chicken pieces too!.!.!. but really, just cut down on the salt you use when cooking!. this is much easier, of course, when you don't use a lot of processed foods!. store-bought dressings will inevitably contain a lot of salt, any pre-cooked meats or rices, mac & cheese, jars of tomato sauce, etc!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
When you purchase regular canned foods, drain off the liquid and dump the food out of the can into a mesh strainer; rinse or run water from the faucet over them and proceed as usual!.

Don't add salt when you are cooking, just add it at the table from shakers, or use less than you normally would!.
