I don't know how many people you will be feeding, but this is what I make and we have 10 people!.
2 loaves of dry white bread
1/2 of large onion diced
salt to your taste
rubbed sage to your taste
chicken broth
You tear up the bread in pieces then pour some chicken broth over the bread and work it in with your hands!. It needs to squish good between your fingers and all the bread be good and wet!. If it's not add more chicken broth until it feels right to you!. Then add onions, salt and sage!. Sage is something I start out with with a good amount of and work it in and then taste, you use your hands to do all the mixing if I need more I add a little more til it tastes right!. Then you either stuff your turkey with it or you can bake it in a casserole dish!. I stuff the turkey and still have some left over to put in a dish to bake!. If you are just doing the casserole bake at 325% for about an hour!. Www@FoodAQ@Com
