I need an English translation for this recipe for Camarones Culichi please?!
This is a nice Sinaloan shrimp dish, but I could only find ONE recipe for it on Google and it was only in Spanish!.
Camarones Culichi
Ingredientes:
● 4 filetes de pescado en trozos (su preferencia)
● 5 chiles poblanos
● 3 dientes de ajo
● 1/2 cebolla blanca
● 3 cucharadas de consomé
● Sal y pimienta
● 1 lata de media crema
● 1/4 de queso monterrey
● 1 taza de leche
● Aceite de oliva
● Mantequilla
● Harina
Preparación:
Se salpimienta y enharina el pescado
Se tateman los chiles, desvenan y limpian
Se licua; los chiles, cebolla, ajo, consomé, crema y leche (salsa culichi)
Se pone a freír el pescado en el aceite y/o mantequilla
Se a?ade lo licuado bajando el fuego a mínimo
Para salir se a?ade el queso rayado encima y se deja gratinar!.
Nota
Puede colocar los filetes ya dorados en un molde enmantequillado y sobre el la salsa culichi!.
Se puede a?adir camarones, o bien el platillo ser a base de camarones
Se sirve acompa?ado de verduras al vapor y arroz, o bien con arroz con verdurasWww@FoodAQ@Com

3 tablespoons of consomme or chicken Bouillon
salt and pepper
1 can of half cream
1/4 of Monterrey jack cheese
1 cup of milk
olive oil

salt and pepper the fillets and flour both sides
grill the chillies, devain them and clean them
Blend the chillies, onion, garlic, consome, cream and milk (culichi sauce)
Fry the fish in oil or butter
Add the liquid and lower the heat to a minimum
To end, add the grated cheese and let it melt!.
Note
You may place the fillets already fried in a buttered pan and over the culichi sauce!.
You may add shrimp, or the dish may have only shrimp!.
