Answers:
To make them firm add a package of Knox Gelatin (I think it's an orange pkg!.!.!.it's not orange flavored though)!.

Here's a recipe!.!.!.they're called Knox Blox

The banana will not get brown because it will be protected by the acid and kept away from the air by the jello!. Raw kiwi, papaya and pineapple have enzymes that will prevent setting and the jello will remain liquid!. I like to use fruit in jello that would get too ripe and go bad otherwise!. Chop in pieces and heat the fruit briefly to blanch it so it will stop ripening and put it jello that is more concentrated than the directions on the box!. Put it in the refrigerator for a few hours then it is ready!. The desert will keep a lot longer than the fruit itself would have!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Follow the recipe for jigglers wich uses less water!. Andmake sure you mix the gaelatin well!. If you don't there will just be a big film on the bottom and watery jello on top!.

I actually like the skin on the bottom best!.

Not sure about adding banana, just don;t add pienapple or it wont set for sure!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Jello should be left in the fridge for at least 8 hours to get the firm texture!. Your best bet is leaving them over night!. Banana oxidizes easily when it's sitting out but since your adding it to a liquid it probably won't oxidize!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
