Answers:
lay out some foil!.!. good size piece!.!.
cut up some onions and spread out on the foil
lay the meat on the onions!.!.season with what you like
i use salt pepper garlic powder chili powder
fold over foil and re-wrap with larger piece!.!.
place on a cookie sheet or something sturdy
add 1/4 cup of water !.!.
oven at 350 for 2 hours!.!.
take out of oven and let rest for 30 mins before uncovering!.!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Take a pan, lay some foil over it!. Then put down some montreal steak seasoning lightly on the bottom of it!. After this, place the steak on the foil, and in a sliding motion get the seasoning around the steak!.
Repeat this by flipping it and get the seasoning on the other side as well!.
After the seasoning is done, lightly apply either some canola oil in a circle around the steak, or some barbeque sauce of your choice on the steak!.
Then cover the pan with yet another sheet of foil to ensure that it is good and simmered!.
Cook at 175-190 degrees at 2-2!.5 hours!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
