Answers:
I don't really like turkey, so my family always makes some ham!. I usually stuff myself with mashed potatoes, though!. ^_^Www@FoodAQ@Com

we had Turducken along with a turkey once

it is a small turkey stuffed with a duck and the duck stuffed with a chicken!.

ive heard of people doing like a cow then a pig then a goat then a turkey and so on!.

wikipedia said this:
The largest recorded nested bird roast is 17 birds, attributed to a royal feast in France in the early 19th century (originally called a R?ti Sans Pareil, or "Roast without equal") - a bustard stuffed with a turkey, a goose, a pheasant, a chicken, a duck, a guinea fowl, a teal, a woodcock, a partridge, a plover, a lapwing, a quail, a thrush, a lark, an Ortolan Bunting and a Garden Warbler!. The final bird is small enough that it can be stuffed with a single olive; it also suggests that, unlike modern multi-bird roasts, there was no stuffing or other packing placed in between the birds!. This dish probably could not be legally recreated in the modern era as many of the listed birds are now protected species!.

noways it was good and it was first time i ever had duck [which was alright, its a dark meat]

id have it again and its really unique!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Some years we have Tex- Mex- tamales, enchiladas, etc; other times we have chicken, and the "normal" Tday stuff less the turkey, couple of years we had burger cookouts!. it's not the food you have it's the people you have around you and the feeling of being thankful for good health, good friends and family and having enough to eat!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I sure do not!.We are a Mexican family so no!. Many Mexicans do eat Turkey, but we are not fans of turkey so we eat Mole,Enchiladas,Menudo, Posole, Arroz, y Atole!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
