Does anyone know any good recipes for lamb chops that they've actually tried before?!
hi, so i just bought all these lamb chops and i wanna cook them but i've been looking online at recipes all day and i'm not sure which one someone has actually tried and it actually tastes good!. please give me any recipe, whether it be one of your own, something from foodnetwork!.com just please none of those recipes with the orange flavor!. yuck i tried it once and it's just not something i prefer!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Quick Rosemary Lamb Chops
2 tsp!. oil
8 lamb loin chops (1 lb!.)
1 small onion, chopped
3/4 cup roasted red peppers, drained, chopped
1/4 cup beef broth
1/4 cup Balsamic Vinaigrette Dressing
1/2 tsp!. chopped fresh rosemary
3 cups hot cooked rice
HEAT oil in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat!. Add chops; cook 6 min!., turning after 3 min!. Remove from skillet; cover to keep warm!.
ADD onions to same skillet!. Cook 5 min!. or until onions are tender, stirring occasionally!. Stir in peppers, broth, dressing and rosemary!. Add chops!. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 4 min!. or until sauce is thickened and chops are cooked through (160°F)!.

When i cook lambchops, I make a simple marinade with olive oil, rosemary and fresh chopped garlic!. I rub that on the chops then pan sear them!. I like my chops medium rare, so it really does not take long to cook them at all!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
