Add the pork chops in the sauce and give a quick fry then enjoy it!.
or you can make a sweet and sour sauce for the pork chops, they are nice too!. My mum got so many ways to make them but I can only do two of them!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

While your oven is heating to medium (about 180 maybe), brown the chops in a pan (2 mins each side max)!.
Then chuck them onto an oven tray with halved cherry tomatoes (about a handful per chop) and some pine nuts!.
Salt, pepper, quick drizzle of olive oil!.
Bung in the oven for about 15 mins!.
Splash over some balsamic vinegar (not too much) and some fresh basil (don'[t bother chopping it up, just tear any really big leaves into smaller pieces)!.
Serve, with a wee bit more olive oil and good bread!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Dust them with a little bit of dried oregano before grilling or griddling!. It makes a real difference to the flavour!. Serve with mashed turnips or swedes and cabbage or broccoli!.
Alternatively serve with red cabbage (you'll need wine vinegar or cider vinegar for this)!. Mashed neeps will go with this too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
