Cranberry sauce with orange marmalade
1 1/2 cups of orange marmalade (this is about the same as a standard 18 ounce jar)
2/3 cups orange juice
1 cinnamon stick, broken in half (I use a teaspoon ground cinnamon)
a 12 ounce bag of cranberries
Combine marmalade, juice and cinnamon in a saucepan, stir until the jelly melts and everything boils!. Add the berries, let it come back to a boil then turn to simmer and cook until they burst- about 15 minutes!. Cool and serve!. This will keep about 3 days covered and refrigerated!. Makes about 3 cups!.
A very popular recipe with my family!. I make a double batch and can it!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
