Put Chicken in a deep pan!.!.!.pour boiling water over all of the chicken!. Let it cool before you start plucking!. The feathers come out pretty easy, but you will have pin feathers left!.
You need to singe the pin feathers from the plucked chicken!. You can light a rolled up newspaper or if you have gas, use a gas jet!. You only want to singe off the pin feathers!.!.!.!.not burn the chicken!.
