Ingredients
1-1/3 cups dried corkscrew pasta or elbow macaroni (about 5 ounces)
1/4 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
1-1/2 cups milk
10 slices reduced-fat American cheese (7 ounces), torn
6 flavored crisp breadsticks, such as cheese or garlic, coarsely crushed (1 ounce total)
Directions
1!. Cook pasta according to package directions!. Drain; set aside!.
2!. Meanwhile, in a medium saucepan stir together the milk powder, onion, flour, and salt!. Gradually stir in the milk until mixture is smooth!. Cook and stir over medium heat until thickened and bubbly!. Reduce heat to low!. Add the cheese, stirring until melted!. Stir in the pasta!. Spoon mixture into a 1-1/2-quart casserole!.
3!. Bake, uncovered, in a 350 degree F oven about 25 minutes or until bubbly, stirring once and topping with crushed breadsticks after 15 minutes!. Let stand 5 minutes before serving!. Makes 4 servings!.

Add sour cream and chives on top of the mac & Cheese!. Mix with sauteed chopped bacon (5-10 pieces to recipes below)
MACARONI AND CHEESE
1 box macaroni elbows
1 stick butter
1 can of evaporated milk
1 lb!. Velveeta cheese
Boil macaroni in salt water for approximately 7-8 minutes!. You do not want it completely done because the process finishes cooking it!. Drain the water off leaving about 1 cup of water in it!. Mix in 1 stick of butter, 1 can of evaporated milk, 1 lb!. Velveeta cheese!. Heat on medium on stove until all is blended!.
Put in glass dish and lay slices of cheese on top!. Place in oven on broil until top is melted!. Place it aside until it cools!.
As it cools it will thicken up!. It will be soupy when you first make it!. Enjoy!

1 (8 oz!.) pkg!. sharp cheese
1 (8 oz!.) pkg!. mild cheese
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 stick butter
Black pepper to taste
Salt to taste
Cook the macaroni until nearly done in salted water and drain!. Mix grated cheese, butter, pepper, milk, and cooked macaroni!. Add beaten eggs!. Pour into a long casserole!. If not enough liquid, add whole milk until all macaroni is covered, making sure all macaroni ends are turned down!. Sprinkle top of casserole with grated cheese, paprika, and/or pepper if desired!. Bake at 375 degrees for 40-45 minutes!.

1 (13 oz!.) can evaporated milk
Salt & pepper to taste
Butter 4 quart baking dish!. Pour macaroni into dish!. Into blender put eggs, milk, cut up cheese and blend until smooth!. Pour over macaroni in dish!. Add enough milk to cover macaroni!. I can't remeber the exact recipe, but my dad used to make this great Mac & Cheese when we had leftover ham!. He used those big fat casserole elbows and a few different cheeses and then threw in chunks of ham!.!.!. It's one of the best things I've ever eaten!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
Ok! this is my thing!! I always make it! You're going to boil your hourse shoe noodles until they're tender!. Add a pinch of salt to the water!. In the mean time, grate American and Swiss cheese!. Lots of it!. When the noodles are done, add both the orange and white cheese with 2 1/2 table spoons of butter and half cup of milk!. Last step, put in oven for 5minutes to get that crisp around the edges!!
