How to make the perfect (but easy) recipe of hot chocolate fudge?!

Question: How to make the perfect (but easy) recipe of hot chocolate fudge!?
This Thanksgiving, my family requested me to make chocolate fudge sauce to serve with ice cream for the dessert!.

!.!.!.I'm not much of a cook!.

Does anyone have a good, but easy recipe of chocolate fudge sauce that you would recommend!?

And what kind of bowl would I cook it in!? Or, would it be more of a saucepan (since it'll probably be cooked over the stove)!?

Thank you so much! :)Www@FoodAQ@Com

Answers:
I just made this recipe again last week after getting some peppermint stick ice cream!. This was my aunt's recipe and now all of her nieces and nephews make it besides her own kids!

FUDGE SAUCE

Over low heat: blend together, don’t melt!
4T cocoa powder
2 c sugar
blend in 4T butter until consistency of pie dough
add 1 Large can condensed milk, raise temp to medium or medium high and stir occasionally until it boils!.
boil 1 minute, remove from heat and add
add 2 t vanilla

Prepare this in a medium saucepan!. I use a wooden spoon to blend and stir!. This isn't as thick as some sauces but we prefer it that way!.

Personally, I would use a double-boiler for this!. If you don't have one of those, just set a large metal or glass bowl over a small (smaller than the bowl) sauce pan with water in the sauce pan!.!.!.

1/2 c!. butter
1/2 c!. cocoa (mixed with a little water)
1/8 tsp!. salt
1 1/2 c!. sugar
1 can (14 oz) evaporated milk less 2 tbsp!.
1 tsp!. vanilla

Heat butter and cocoa until melted!. Keep stirring!. Add salt, then sugar!. Mixture becomes thick and grainy!. Now stir in milk and cook additional 5-6 minutes, until slightly thick!. Stir frequently!.

Remove from heat; stir in vanilla!. Pour into a jar!. To use as hot fudge sauce, put jar into hot water for 30 minutes!. Keeps well if tightly covered!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

Ingredients
1 cup sugar
3 cups cream
1/4 cup light corn syrup
4 ounces unsweetened chocolate
1/4 cup butter
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
Directions
Put everything except the vanilla in a pot and bring it to a boil!. Continue cooking until it looks like it's broken and separating!. Take it off the heat, whisk in the vanilla; then blend it with a hand blender to smooth it out!. Chill until ready to serve; then heat it up!. Pour over scoops of ice cream, topped with whipped cream and chopped peanuts!.
