I don't think it is the hardest part!. I believe that getting the taste to be what you want is the trickiest!. I saute chopped onions, garlic and celery in extra virgin olive oil and a couple tablespoons of butter, just until they are translucent!. I then have melted butter and mix that with the bagged stuffing mix that you can buy and add my sauteed veggies and little by little add poultry seasoning!. I even add a little chicken broth just to hold it together!. You have to add the poultry seasoning a little at a time because you can always add, but can't take away!. Mine never tastes the same every time I make it, but my family says that it is still good!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

1 loaf french bread
2 onion chopped
5 celery pieces
half pound in one pieces of italian pancetta( not smoked)

salt pepper to taste!.
1 can broth (chicken)

I use a loaf of french bread ( better if a day or two old) that i cut in cube , i add oregano oil and i put in the oven for about 20 minutes to toast!. After that i add the chopped onion, celery the pancetta in small cubes, the raisin salt pepper and i wet it a little bit with the broth, not too much!.Then i stuff the turkey!.If you like some times i add 2 boiled potatoes in small cubes, they keep everything very moist!.Try!!Www@FoodAQ@Com
