Sure!. You don't say how much gravy you need, so I'll just give you approximate ingredients:

In a large saute pan, melt 4 Tbsp of butter over medium heat!. In a small bowl, mix 3 Tbsp of flour with 1 cup of the chicken broth!. Whisk well until very creamy and no lumps!. Pour the flour/broth mixture into the saute pan, and stir with the melted butter!. If you want some onion and garlic flavor in your gravy, either add fresh minced onion and garlic, or use onion and garlic powder!. Continue stirring as the mixture starts to heat and thicken!. Add broth as needed!. Add your spices!. I use salt and pepper, thyme, sage and poultry seasoning!. You can also hadd 1/2 tsp of gravymaster if you have it, or worcestershire sauce!. But you don't have to!.

Continue stirring as the gravy thickens and boils!. Thin with more broth as you need to!. It's hard to say how much you will need!. All depends on how thick or thin you want your gravy!.

That's about it!. Good luck!Www@FoodAQ@Com
