Question: Should a turkey be covered with foil!?
I bought an aluminum pan!.!.!.now I am wondering if I cover the turkey with foil or leave it uncovered!.!.!.or would I be better off buying a roasting pan with a lid!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

No, your good!. Just loosely cover the turkey with aluminum foil and then uncover it and hour before it's done, so it brown nicely!.

I have never covered a turkey or any other meat in the oven!. Only if it gets way to brown before the cooking time is up!. Nor have ai ever used a covered roasting pan for any kind of roast!. That was the way my mom did it and it works for me too!.Www@FoodAQ@Com
