How do I cook a stuffed, boneless turkey breast in a Reynolds Oven Bag?!

Question: How do I cook a stuffed, boneless turkey breast in a Reynolds Oven Bag!?
I have never used a Reynolds Oven Bags before!.

I am stuffing 2 boneless turkey breasts, then wrapping them in cheesecloth and tie them with meat twine, butter the tops and put them in the bags to cook them!. My question is, can I put the cheesecloth and twine inside the bag without burning it!?

wow that sounds awesome but interesting at the same time--will it burn!? good question; not sure but why would you use the cheesecloth!? My brother usually places some flour inside the bag, places some sliced celery on top of the flour, places the turkey on top of these, seals the bag, and let it cook; if you want that golden skin tear the bag on top so the heat will brown the skin!. The juices, the flour--solidifying agent can be use for gravy, and the celery slices gives a great tasting turkey be sure to put butter on the turkey-- just under the skin!. Www@FoodAQ@Com

Well I have never heard of putting cheesecloth on the Turkey Breast!. That is interesting!.
I have however cooked with CheeseCloth in the oven and it did not burn!. The bags are great because they keep the Turkey Moist!. The twine will not burn either!.
However your breast will not get that brown crispy skin on it as if you would without the bags!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I don't know if the cheesecloth is necessary!. I always cook my turkey in a Reynolds Oven bag!. I just toss some flour around inside the bag, rub some butter and salt on my turkey, stick it in the oven bag and cook it in the oven!. It usually browns very well, stays moist, and tastes great!.Www@FoodAQ@Com

I've never cooked one in the cheesecloth etc!. but I have used the Reynold's Oven Roasting Bag to cook the turkey in!. It has a paper with some instructions in the box but I don't remember anything about this kind of use with the cheesecloth etc!. Sorry!Www@FoodAQ@Com

I would think so, Niente!. The juices should keep the twine wet as well as the cheesecloth, also shouldn't there be steam within in the bag!? You should be okay! Use metal inserts if in doubt! :) Www@FoodAQ@Com
