Chocolate topping for angel foodcake?!
My mom used to make a chocolate topping for angel foodcake with unsweetened baking chocolate!. She cant remember it and i really need one!. Anyone have any ideas!?Www@FoodAQ@Com

6 oz!. unsweetened choc melted !.

A really simple chocolate sauce is to take a bar of Lindt 70% dark chocolate and break it into peices in a bowl!. Add a couple tablespoons of butter!. Make a double boiler by placing the bowl in a pot sized such that the bottom of the bowl just fits in the pot!. The pot should be like 1/2 filled with water, bring the water to a boil and then let it simmer, all the while stirring the chocolate and the butter in the bowl!. It's basically just melted chocolate, the butter makes it smooth!. Lindt has lots of different flavor bars, they might make a nice chocolate sauce when melted down, like Orange Intense, or Chili!.
